Hello, I had 16 gb ram and today i upgrade it to 32 gb. But when I sign in, manjaro periodically consumed 32 gb and after a while it drops to lower values. Everything works fine in windows.

If you have some degraded performance issues please post the output of the free command and describe the issue you are experiencing. If you experience no issue then the ram usage is normal.
Better to have it all in ram so your machine is fast then on disc where it takes ages for the processor to request it.
The image of the ram usage seems strange tho.
