Manjaro ARM on a non-SBC

I doubt it is supported… but is it possible to get Manjaro ARM on a non-SBC?
Maybe if I modify the manjaro-arm-installer? Or maybe with an Arch-like install?

What device are we talking?

SBC is just a formfactor of motherboards.
