There are trolls in this.
Being the idiot I am, obviously meant I forgot the ./ in the command, witch means I ran the install from the pacman installed version, BOTH TIMES.
Now to the strange part, the stable version ALSO works now.
Not sure if you did something on the other side of things, but everything seems to work like it should now. 
Hehe. I have not done anything on my side here except trying to put some plugs on a CAT6 cable.

2 different sd cards. 2 retrys in each card yesterday.
oh well, it works now, that is all that matters.
