为什么我说Manjaro(architect edition)是最适合服务器及运维的Linux发行版。

Please tolerate my use of Google translate, I don’t know Chinese.

I see @sansiu has replied with a like, good ! you two and others may converse better then those of us (like me) ignorant of Chinese.

But I can bump this thread to gain exposer, and say

Welcome.

ps. I myself am dyslectic and have a hard time with spilling, spelling. Anyway your English is most likely better then our Chinese… OK?

Happy trails …

@kmartin One of the reasons I love Manjaro is that, in Manjaro forum people are chatty.

I was just telling server people why I thought that Manjaro Architect Edition should be a better choice over Ubuntu Server and CentOS.

Unlike native Archlinux which is rolling aggressively a lit bit, Manjaro is rolling in a more stable cadence. It is like a pacman-based debian, for devops who are obsessive about cleanliness.

It was totally personal opinions.

Boy howdy! Thanks for being so diplomatic.

This could start a flame war… :fire: But it would not be the first.

You are correct, Arch is a bit more Bleeding edge and it is the font, or wellspring from which Manjaro drinks. Some forget that at times. Manjaro has tools that I have noticed are mentioned on the Arch forum. So Arch and Manjaro are too far apart. Many here run and contribute to both.

… and very welcomed thank you!
Cheers! :beers:

Heh heh. There are more English speakers in China (as 2nd language) than there are English speakers (as 1st language) in America.

But I digress. I have often said that in this forum, we should always try to use English regardless of our native language. If our English is bad (none that I see anywhere here is bad), we can write in native languages and with some translation in English (like kmartin above). Others can correct if translation is bad. The reasons are obvious and I needn’t explain.

Oh … and to provide print out from terminal output, always add “LANC=C” before terminal commands.

:rofl::grin::joy:

Yes, your first post is your personal opinion and preferences. (positive to Manjaro)
Personally, I do not like personal opinions.
And I do not comment on personal opinions (or preferences).

Welcome. 欢迎。
