Manjaro 20 - XFCE Startup -> Smoother startup. no blinking?

Hi there MJO community,

Is there any way to cancel all the text-notifications during the startup and shutdown of the MJO 20 XFCE?

I have forced a friend to use Manjaro out of Win$hit. She loves this Linux, but complaints about so much text in both processes.

Thanks,

(note that manjaro uses a patched version of grub .. some things are slightly different unless you replace with grub-vanilla)

Thanks, @cscs.

"boot loader, to include the following parameters:

quiet vga=current"

I cannot realise from the link provided where I can find out such line? Is it in the Grub config? Where?

Thanks in advance!

In /etc/default/grub in the line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet udev.log_priority=3 vga=current"
