Manjaro 17 Xfce does not start

On my Asus Notebook UX32VD I installed Manjaro Xfce parallel to Linux Mint Xfce, apparently without any problem. Grub did not appear, but after “sudo update-grub” in Mint it was okay. When choosing Manjaro,
“no such device, press any key”, and then about 20 lines of error code appear, here only some of them:
ACPI error: Needed type reference, found integer
ACPI exception: AE_AML_OPERAND_TYPE, While resolving operands for …
Kernel offset
end Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0)
Any idea how this can be resolved?
Thanks and best regards
