last time i tried plasma, (been a few years), I was able to pin steam and cawbird in place on the desktop. When i play a game that is less that 4k (i have 4k monitor), it moves them around. When I quit the game, and go back to the 4k, I have to move them back where i had them. XFCE didnt do this. Is there a way to do that now that i am back on plasma?
