Linux kernel 5.10 performance issues

Hello friends.
This is my first post here.
Sorry if i make any mistakes.
Im using manjaro for few years and never got serious problems so far.
But after kernel 5.10, i got some performance issues.
When my CPU and RAM usages are around %30-50, system start to laggy and slow. Sometimes it shut program down. Disk usage is around %70-75
I checked my gpu and it doesnt go over %10. And temperatures are around 45 max. when applications are open it goes max 60.
Now im asking, which part of system is faulty? which one has problem?
Thanks

have you installed lm_sensors and run detect-sensors ?

5.10 kernel is known to still have some regressions in performance, especially if you use BTRFS. However, upstream is working on those to get fixed.

lm_sensors is already installed @stephane .
i just returned kernel 5.9 and everything working as before.
@philm i use ext4.

Any source of these news?
I started with Manjaro on 5.10 so I don’t know it my Btrfs experience would have been better with 5.9. Using Btrfs RAID1 mode on 2x 2TB HDDs as /home.

I use ext4 and performance on games with the 5.10 kernel is frustrating
