Open the third party applications on the same monitor as the cursor

I am using GNOME 43.2 with two monitors. When I click on the terminal or file browser using keyboard or icon click it is opened in the same monitor as of cursor but it is not followed by other third party application (mainly all the electron apps like VSCode) and the Brave browser.

Anything that is pre shipped while installation is following the cursor curent monitor location but not the application installed after installation.
