kernel build `2` of `5.10.1`: libbpf error message; but OS continue to load further

Where to find a kernel messages on boot and shutdown as logged text?

Example in the first message: journalctl does not contain it.

Earlier example initiated by @GaVenga and also seen by some others: [Unstable Update] 2020-11-22 - Kernels, Qt 5.15.2, Thunderbird 78.5.0, Wine, AMDVLK also saw it on my screen, but it was absent in journalctl logs.

Upgrading to kernel ‘5.10.1-5’ solved this for me.
