Are there known iGPU issues for i5-13500 ( Intel UHD 770)?

I plan to build a new PC and think about to order i5-13500 cpu which has UHD770 as iGPU.

Is this iGPU well supported, or should I choose another Processor?

AFAIK, Intel stuff generally has good support, so I think you’re good to go.
