Laptop inbuilt Keyboard and touchpad stops abruptly

I have an HP notebook G series currently 8gb ram and i3 10 gen processor.

I usually need linux operating system for my work. But whenever I install a linux distro in dual boot with Win 11, there is a problem I face always.

Currently I am using Manjaro XFCE.
After some time of running. May be after some heavy task or may be abruptly while in the linux env my laptop’s touchpads and keyboard of the laptop will stop taking input .
But if I connect an external mouse and keyboard they will work properly.
What is this problem?

Is it possibe that the keyboard/touchpad is connected via usb internally? Probably, usb autosuspend could be the issue. Anyway, it sounds like a powersaving feature. Whether PCIE or USB and your keyboard/touchpad is not excluded.

Anyway… start with providing:

sudo tlp-stat --usb --pcie
