Laptop ignores "While asleep, hibernate after a period of inativity" (suspend then hibernate) setting when on AC

In Energy Saving (KDE System Settings) in On Battery tab I have checked “While asleep hibernate after a period of inactivity” (in other tabs it’s unchecked). It works pretty good, but it hibernates when on AC too. If I uncheck the box, it will stop going into hibernation after suspend both when on AC and when on Battery.
