just moved from 5.10 where with “performance” set as the governor, and running the following command: watch -n1 "grep \"^[c]pu MHz\" /proc/cpuinfo" would show all the cores at 4.100 MHz all the time. now they all run at 2.100 MHz,with an occasional core that rises to 4.100.
