After a little research there seems to be “Zen Arch Repository” that exists for this this exact scenario.

It is unofficial so I don’t think I wanna do that, that’d be even more riskier than AUR.
an Appimage would also be similar to flatpak I guess??
And there is Tarball method, it is official. I never tried it.

Update : I just installed Tarball version of Zen, moved all the data (profile) from flatpak to native version.
cp -a ~/.var/app/app.zen_browser.zen/.zen ~/
Thankfully that all went very smoothly, just had to select the old profile and make it default in about:profiles.
All the logins and data is moved successfully.
The core issue isn’t fixed though, kwalletd6 is still taking 251 MiB of memory actively…
Seems unusual to me, it should be around 10-30 MiB.
