After ctrl-clicking on a URL in the Konsole, it should open a new tab in Firefox with that URL, however it is currently opening the URL in Calibre e-Book Reader. I checked Default Applications in the KDE settings and it says that Firefox is my default web browser so not sure what I need to do to fix this behavior. Any ideas on what I should look at?
