Konsole context menu "Open File Manager" not working

This error occurs when using zsh

Probably this issue with manjaro-zsh-profile which by the looks of it hasn’t been fixed. I don’t use zsh myself.

Konsole -> right click -> "open with" feature doesn't work

The discussion in the ohmyzsh issue blames Konsole for not handling the host part of the OSC 7 message.
