Hi all,
I installed kindleforpc 1.17 via winetricks succesfully but I can not get it to work. As soon as I launch it I get the “unable to connect” error which probably, comes from an old, mistrusted certificate.
I found instructions to fix it in an Ubuntu forum (sorry!) but I am unable to adapt this for Manjaro.
Specifically, I can not find the specific certificate in the ca-certificates folder neither a .conf file.

Can someone please help me adapt this for Manjaro? I really need to make this work

You can do the same thing with the same Ubuntu package:
mkdir ~/tmp
cd ~/tmp/
wget https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/ca-certificates_20190110ubuntu1_all.deb
ar vx ca-certificates_20190110ubuntu1_all.deb
bsdtar xvf data.tar.xz
sudo cp usr/share/ca-certificates/mozilla/VeriSign_Class_3_Public_Primary_Certification_Authority_-_G5.crt /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/
