Keyboard takes time to startup on boot and login after long intervals

Hi, my keyboard takes time to startup and give input on reboot or while login after a long duration.
I am facing the same issue over all the distros I have used. It takes about 30s until it responds.
I’m new to Linux and don’t know how to fix it. I don’t have the same issue in Windows. Though my keyboard works in GRUB Boot for choosing the OS when Linux starts up it stops working. Pls help!!!

Same issue here, on a HP Laptop, It does on every distro I used. Maybe an option or parameter on kernel boot? I dont know.
