keyboard layout, disable touchpad not working, super/win key conflict, chrome feature

Hi everyone.

i'm new to the linux platform but i found manjaro pretty easy and there is a good community behind it. i've been using Manjaro for a couple of days and even after searching there are some "problems" that can't seems to solve.

  1. is it possible to have the same windows keys (second function and ctrl+alt symbols like the @ that in windows is ctrl+alt+* and here i have to use a right alt and q)
  2. the fn key for disabling tha touchpad is not working and i disabled it, but i don't know if i can leave it that way, is there a method to leave it disabled when a mouse is connected or simply make my fn key works again?
  3. the super/win key is conflict with the show desktop shortcut that i use (Super+d), i've changed my super_L (whiskermenu) behavior, but i don't know if there is a way to solve the conflict leaving the wiskermenu on Super_L
  4. in chrome there is a feauture built in that i don't like it so much, when i use my scrollwheel on the tab row, it start changing tabs. is it possible to disable it?

thanks
(xfce with kernel 5.1.4-1)

welcome to the forum, as a general consideration when creating a help request you should include at least inxi -Fxxxz so those willing to help know what kind of setup your using (DE/hardware/drivers/laptop?/desktop?).

some DE/WM have different keybindings, and also certain laptops have specific drivers/modules to correctly identify what each button is/does. post output of:

inxi -Fxxxz
lsmod | grep -Ei "kbd|wmi|hid|keyboard|i2c|<vendor>"
#replace "<vendor>" with your laptop make (dell/acer/msi/etc..)
hwinfo --keyboard

be sure to use the </> button when pasting terminal output so it's formatted properly. you can also just put 3 backtics ``` above and below output to do the same.

thanks. edited with all the informations
