:+1: Welcome to Manjaro! :+1:

  1. Please read this:
    How to provide good information
and post some more information so we can see what’s really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…

  2. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information… (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)

:+1:

P.S. If you enter a bit more details in your profile, we can also see which Desktop Environment you’re using, which CPU/GPU or Kernel, … you have without typing it every time

  1. In the future, when providing code/output, please copy-paste that output in-between 3 backticks ``` at the beginning and end of the code/text so that the output looks like this:

    instead of like this:

(as that makes both our lives much easier)

  2. No need to do anything right now as I’m an editor here on this site and have fixed it for you already. However, in the future I might not see your post so review my edits by pushing the orange pencil above the post I just fixed.

  3. As the Radeon RX 570 came out in 2010, and you’re on the 5.10 kernel already, I’d try 5.4 LTS first and if that doesn’t solve the problem, try 5.12 next.

If that doesn’t solve the problem neither, please provide the following output after a REISUB:

    journalctl --boot=-1 | tail --lines=35

  1. I changed my kernel to 5.4 but doesn’t work and again I had a hang and freeze.
A new problem that was some software doesn’t work.

Now I don’t now what should i do. I changed Gnome to KDE plasma but this didn’t do anything.

The output of journalctl --boot=-1 | tail --lines=35 is:

  1. That’s just the Desktop Environment on top of the same problem. That’s like repainting your car because the engine stalls. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

  2. Have you tried:

  3. Did you REISUB because that doesn’t look like the end of your log…
