"No default controller available" when troubleshooting Bluetooth

My Bluetooth stopped working randomly (perhaps after a recent update). From the taskbar I can attempt to pair a new device, but when I enter Bluetooth configuration within my KDE settings menu it says Bluetooth is disabled. sudo systemctl status bluetooth says that Bluetooth is enabled, contrary to the settings menu. I confirmed that my controller works on my Windows dual-boot. I’ve scoured the Arch Linux wiki but no dice so far. Any help would be appreciated!

I am on Kernel 5.15.12 and all of my drivers are up-to-date. I eliminated the usual suspects by updating linux-firmware and bluez/bluez-utils.

Thanks for the resources. I tried reattaching my wifi/bluetooth antennae and that seemed to fix the issue. The behavior didn’t strike me as being caused by a hardware issue so I didn’t think of that initially.
