I have a new laptop with a i7-12800h processor the stock kernel 5.15.85-1 etc works but 6.1 doesn´t it boots a bit and then stops. It does work on my older PC and laptop. I used to look around in /var/log/syslog (might be an ubuntu thing) but the journal log is only the current version.
