Are you able to run Manjaro from a live medium?
I can run from the live medium, and no, I did’nt include the non-free stuff. Stupid me…
Since it’s a new installation, my suggestion would be to start from scratch, install it again using the non-free drivers. Or you could chroot into the existing installation (I remember you saying that you did it before), refresh your mirrors and update. Maybe switch to a LTS kernel as well with
