KDE Wallet Asks for password on every startup

Hello Everyone
Problem occurred after creating second user KDE Wallet was asking for password and couldn’t activate WiFi I tried entering the one from my another user but no use, then removed and changed passwords and that worked, but now on every start up of my newly created user KDE Wallet asks password every time when I don’t have to do it in my the first user profile.
