KDE: Switch Function Key for One Key on Keyboard

Hi all,

My F12 key on my keyboard requires me to hit the Fn key and the F12 key. If I hit the F12 button on my keyboard without the Fn key, it's the Scr Lk button. I want to change this so that if I just hit the F12 button, it's F12 instead of Scr Lk (scroll lock? screen lock?). I want to do this because F12 brings up Yakuake, and I use that somewhat frequently. Since I don't use Scr Lk, if I ever figure out what it does, I'm happy to use the Fn key to make it happen. However, I don't want to make this change for all my Function keys, because they do things like control brightness and volume.

I'm using Manjaro KDE on an Acer Aspire 5 (A515-52-526C).

Thanks in advance!

Is it controlled by software? The switching of the Fn keys and the Function Fn keys is sometimes controlled by hardware.

As an alternative, could you map yakuake activation to scroll lock?
