clion, all JetBrains IDEs, firefox, and VMware take a long time to open when the laptop is plugged in or the battery is more than 50%
and when I remove the power adapter and battery status is less than 50%, JetBrains IDEs take a 1s to open, generally get a high performance
Do you realize that this here is the Manjaro forum, not the Arch forum?
Edit: Upon closer inspection, your forum profile states that you are running another OS than Manjaro, so you are indeed running Arch as per the title of this thread, and yet you come here to get help with Arch?
