Uncommon word usage, but very true.
Same here. OpenSync does a nice job of synchronising both my contacts and calendar from it onto my Android.

Before the dawn of time.. Well maybe not that far, at least the 90s for me. I have always had value from a keyboard/mouse/touchpad over IP..
The stuff they all package into KDE Connect, this mix-mash of things that work differently ground up. It is little bit of a mess (but that’s only my opinion), and performs rather poorly (for the things I care about).
But I’ve heard countless people that use a lot of the features (I may think are trash). But it fits their needs perfectly.
One person’s trash is another’s treasure… isn’t that what they say?
Whoever “they” might be.

Well, as you may have realized, there are tools available and they use what they use for a reason–because that’s how it works.
