Running Manjaro KDE.
I can’t update the OS, get error.

Why do you use Electron packages from the AUR. Pretty sure they are in the repository.
So try removing them with sudo pacman -Rsn electron18-bin electron-bin and then install the system ones with sudo pacman -Syu electron.
