I have unchecked the box in Manjaro Notifier, but it never reminds me for new kernel update when a new kernel is released. Do I miss some necessary packages?
If is unchecked then it will not notify. It has to be checked

That is one of the inconsistencies i mentioned in the other topic you opened. Set it as in my example screenshot and reboot the system. If you are on stable branch and you already installed the 5.10.rc5, then there will be no notification. The 5.10.1 kernel is only in unstable branch for now, while on testing there is the 5.10.rc7.
