Issues with GRUB while Triple Booting Manjaro alongside preinstalled Ubuntu and Windows

I am planning to switch from Ubuntu to Manjaro. The constraint is that I have only one machine to work on, and I do not want to remove Ubuntu till I’m comfortable with Manjaro. I read the manual, and it looks like Calamares installer will edit the current boot-partition to accommodate all the OSes.

What else should I take care of? Someone suggested to use rEFInd on this forum. Should I install it from Ubuntu or from Manjaro?

Some basic info regarding my current partitions:

Where is the issue?
If Calamares installer does not work alongside preinstalled both OS, then manually edit new empty partition:
Simply set the directory / for this partition as your chosen file system EXT4 or BTRFS or other.
I think during installation GRUB automatically detects other bootings in UEFI.

Apologies for the badly phrased question. I meant to ask that are there any caveats while installing Manjaro alongside other two OSs. I do not want to end up breaking all three distros.

Thanks for the help, I will just go ahead and try installing it through Calamaers and see if it works.

I would like to point a few aspects out which should be taken into account for the corresponding storage allocation.

  • It might be possible to share data areas between the installed systems while some parts need to be kept separate because of consistent version management.
  • Is a home partition (or a similar one) available in your system configuration for any common data exchange?

Grub Ubuntu is not manjaro GRUB or archlinux GRUB
all distribution linux have their grub
