Issues with french locale

Hi,
I installed manjaro years ago in french and it worked fine.
Last month, I configured my locale in en_US.UTF-8 for some search on screen configurations.
Then I switched back to fr_FR.UTF-8.
Since then manjaro is mostly in french but :
→ LibreOffice can’t open files if their name has an accent ex: récapitulatif.odg
image
but Gwenview and Okular can open images with accents.
→ Konsole is still in english, right click menu is in english (I’m unable to make a screenshot) and for pacman updates, the answers are Yes/No instead of Oui/Non
→ jDownloader can’t use my directory Téléchargement but Firefox can
All this worked fine before the language change.

I checked etc/locale.conf everything is fr_FR.UTF-8
~/.config/plasma-localerc have LANG=fr

My system:
Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.12
Kernel Version: 6.6.19-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

See if this tutorial can help you.

Hi,
Ok I found.
I missed the chapter 4.1 in Locale - ArchWiki !
I deleted ~/.config/plasma-localerc
And after a reboot, everything is just fine.

Thanks for your time.
