Hello i am a little new to linux but have some knowledge on it.
I am trying to boot into manjaro iso from my usb and i get the error Security boot failed.
If and can fix this then please reply.

You have to disable Secure Boot in order to boot from the ISO and later into the installed system.
This can be done in the UEFI of your system.
