iso-profiles.conf file
Can’t find any info about this file or how it is generated.
I wish to tell it where my iso-profiles folder is

If I recall correct the file is autogenerated if it does not exist.

I don’t know where exactly it is generated - most likely /usr/lib/manjaro-tools/util.sh - but I know the file name and my content by memory (adjust to match you setup)

$ cp -R /etc/manjaro-tools ~/.config
$ echo 'run_dir=/a/project/iso-profiles' > ~/.config/manjaro-tools/iso-profiles.conf
$ cat ~/.config/manjaro-tools/iso-profiles.conf 
run_dir=/a/projects/iso-profiles
