Is the Manjaro plymouth theme configured by KDE system settings incomplete?

In KDE you can configure appearence of the “boot” splash sequence from the systems settings. This should basically configure plymouth’s theme.

Among all the available themes, there is one called “Manjaro” so the expectation is that is the Manjaro theme. However, if you configure something and then you go back to Manjaro, then you do not get the Manjaro default theme, but a similar one that (contrarily from the very description provided iin the KDE system settings) does not include the vendor logo.

To get back to the manjaro default boot theme, you need to reinstall the plymouth-theme-manjaro package.

Is this a bug? Some missing customization of KDE?

Can you post some screenshots? I don’t have any “Manjaro” theme and I’m not sure where you set plymouth. I always done it manually and now I can only see “Welcome Screen” setting, which is not plymouth and showing later in the line.
