i want to ask it the installation of ClamAV antivirus in manjaro worth or is just another useless software
It is certainly not garbage. FOSS effort of making an antivirus.
However, at this point AV is not required in Linux OS yet.

iirc, ClamAV & ClamTK are meant to be used mainly to scan for Microsoft Windows viruses in files while on Linux. Useful for if you’re running your own mail server.
It is also useful if you want to scan files before sending the files to a Windows computer. Other than that, it’s not really useful.
