Hello everyone. What is the best choice for mirror? Should I leave the default option (international) or move to a local one (Greece in my case). Thanks.
Both are good.

Use pacman-mirrors or shiny-mirrors to determine the best (fastest) mirror for your location.
Usually, the closer to your location, the faster it is.
