Is Manjaro 21.0-pre1 a minimal ISO or a full ISO?

“If you like following latest Plasma development you may also like to check out our current version of manjaro-kde-dev , which we build on a regular basis against kde-git master packages. Also check out our latest Manjaro Ornara 21.0 preview release! KDE , XFCE and Gnome.”

I am looking for a KDE full ISO (and I think a full ISO does not need steam). Which one is newer, manjaro-kde-dev or Manjaro 21.0-pre1?

KDE Dev is based on the git version of plasma, hence newer and latest in commits from upstream development, based on the testing branch and provides 5.8 and 5.9 kernels, in two different minimal ISO. Even tho it starts with 5.75 framework it will get updated to 5.78 git framework once you do the updates on all branches.

The preview is using the 5.77 frameworks, non git version, 5.78 framework is only present in unstable branch … with the 5.10 kernel, is a full ISO and has steam included (steam was always included in full ISO releases). Is what the current 20.2.1 will become, following the KDE official release schedule …

Thanks! Will Manjaro 21.0 be updated to Plasma 5.21?
