Is it good to put browser cache on tmpfs?

I have put the whole of ~/.cache on tmpfs. I haven't noticed any downside to doing so but maybe it's not good to do so. I don't know:

Filesystem Type Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
dev devtmpfs 3,9G 0 3,9G 0% /dev
run tmpfs 3,9G 1,5M 3,9G 1% /run
/dev/sda6 ext4 25G 13G 11G 56% /
tmpfs tmpfs 3,9G 0 3,9G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs tmpfs 3,9G 0 3,9G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
tmpfs tmpfs 3,9G 43M 3,9G 2% /tmp
/dev/sda11 ext4 83G 64G 15G 82% /mnt/Storage
/dev/sda5 vfat 99M 270K 99M 1% /boot/efi
/dev/sda7 ext4 9,8G 5,3G 4,0G 57% /home
tmpfs tmpfs 3,9G 23M 3,9G 1% /home/marte/.cache
tmpfs tmpfs 787M 44K 787M 1% /run/user/1001

How can I check if chrome cache is written on ram?

If you are talking about psd, did you read the note under design goals?

So what exactly I must to do?

<sighing>
