I’d rather store it on a thumb/USB drive directly.
How about I just mail these two files to myself and download them on my Windows pc instead ?
Also possible
Alright , I got them on my Windows pc … so now it shall be as simple as me putting these two files on a thumb drive and running em of on a Local Manjaro install ?
But only with this kernel you have on the ISO.
Are these files just run of directly types ? Like executables like in windows ? Or there is a command
line to execute em ?
No, these are archives like ZIP files. Pacman will handle it and install it
Alright , so is there a command to run them of using Pacman ?
Or maybe you can doube click on them and the pamac-manager can install them also.
Is pamac-manager installed by default in a vanilla install of Manjaro ?
Yes, it is the default package manager.
Alright then , now time for some action ! Let’s hope the next message from me would be from Manjaro
Ok a slight doubt ( sorry for these continuous trifles I’m a big dum-dum ) there are two files one tar.zst file and the other the folder so … so what shall I do with the folder ?
The archives are important, the folders under ~/packages/rtl8192eu-git
are just temporary. So… save them, delete them, backup up them. What ever you want.
Ok well , I tried it on and well it didnt wonna work Sending some images of the same …
Wait how do I post images ?
You cant post images or links unless you reach TL1 (Trustlevel 1)
But there is a workaround. Post the link like that:
https://domain.com
Ok so I cant even post links ?
