On some intel wireless cards - disabling bluetooth disables wlan as well.

Try unblocking your bluetooth.

A forum search will do you good.

https://forum.manjaro.org/search?q=AC%209560

i have try the way you say, the bluetooth work normally, but the wifi doesn't work.
i have searched the forum about this and try it, but all not work.

does this matter with kernerl version?

Yes the kernel version absolutely matters. Start by installing and testing the newest kernels. Then install older LTS kernels. As a last resort test the most recent real time kernel.

As you have tested the most recent Intel firmware your only alternative (as far as firmware) is to download and test some older firmware versions. Recent Intel firmware has caused many problems with some Intel adapters requiring a firmware downgrade of late.

Awesome set of outputs BTW. Very nicely done.

you can try blacklisting ideapad-laptop

echo "blacklist ideapad-laptop" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/ideapad.conf

then reboot after. if that doesnt help or if it causes other things like hotkeys to stop functioning you can just delete the file

sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/ideapad.conf

That was the first thing I thought of as well @dglt, but I don't think that is the issue. If that is the problem it usually presents as a hard block in the rfkill output.

I think Lenovo laptops are starting to get better kernel support for the ideapad_laptop module, as this issue doesn't seem as common these days.

i wasnt sure but now that you mention it, it makes sense.

im still using downgraded firmware to fix the connectivity issues on my intel wireless adapter

~ >>> pacman -Qs linux-firmware
local/linux-firmware 20190424.4b6cf2b-1 (base)
    Firmware files for Linux

anything newer seems to have issues

can you send me this package, i can't find it, i just install the system in this new computer some days ago, thanks.

the package is downgrade and you can use it to downgrade the linux-firmware package.

sudo pacman -S downgrade

if your on testing or unstable branch, you can use it like this

downgrade linux-firmware

if your on stable branch, like this

DOWNGRADE_FROM_ALA=1 downgrade linux-firmware

then just choose the version you want

I have the same problem on my YOGA C940, my network card is AX201. I tried driver from intel website, and it doesn't work too.

doesnt work at all? or drops connection frequently?

No. I tried demsg | grep iwlwifi, and it said the driver failed.
(Interestingly, according to demsg, it seems iwlwifi thought my AX201 as AX101. I don't know why.)

Someone erroneously removed the solved tag from this post. I assume that was because of these last few posts reporting the wifi is broken. This thread was solved by downgrading the firmware.

@wanicca is not the OP of this thread. This is a threadjacking. Try the suggested fix or open your own thread please @wanicca.
