Intel 8265 shown as Wi-Fi 6 AX200, bluetooth is not working

i have intel 8265 module and manjaro stable.
previously both wifi and bluetooth worked well.
then i probably skipped few system updates, made update and found bluetooth non-functional while wifi still works.
here is some system information:
