Alma persistent USB creation error

Heya everyone!

I am trying to create a persistent Manjuaro USB. Something to have handy alwaays. For this, I have discovered alma. Unfortunately, I got an error when using it. (Can’t remeember what the error was.)

So after a bit of searching, I cae accross these alma Manjaro profiles.

Now, I’m the firrst to admit I’m no eexper. I doon’t consider myself too much of a beginner, but I’'m certainly no expert either. But they looked legit, so I gave 'em a spin.

As per the instructions I execute:

git clone https://github.com/Kornelijus/alma-presets-manjaro
cd alma-presets-manjaro

sudo ALMA_USER=<username> alma create --presets <xfce|kde|gnome>

And yes, I did remember to change the <username>. I also tried both the xfce as well as the kde profiles.

I selected my USB drive and off it went, like a herd of turtle, stampeding their way thorough peanut butter.

All went well until it got here, then something went wrong.

I am unable to pinpoint what or where, perhaps I’m just too clueless. Can anyone give me any insight?

I really do hope I have given all necessary information, but if I didn’t please tell me what other information you need and I’ll gladly provide it.

The profile might be outdated or something else. I didn’t follow ALMA so much lately. lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf seems not been found.

That does make sense! Thank you!

I’ll give the ISO with etcher a go then.
