On my laptop with multiboot (GRUB) on one ssd, I would install manjaro on the second ssd, does the installation of manjaro will recognize and show the others linux and windows systems on the other ssd when GRUB start?
is it possible to use the GRUB on the first ssd to boot manjaro on the second ssd?

Yes, it is.
But it is probably not a good idea.
Only one Grub should be in charge for all of the systems.
Finicky to manage with two or more different Linux systems.
Or use the firmware menu to select which disk to boot from.
If you want to do it, just enable os_prober in /etc/default/grub and sudo update-grub.
But, at some point after some update the versions of grub between the 2 linuxes might differ significantly and grub1 might stop loading linux2 (or vice versa).
So i would also use the firmware menu if i was you. This will avoid such a problem.
This is exactly what I experienced when I was distro shopping.
I thought multi-boot would be just the ticket for trying out different distros, each in its own 128GiB partition and mounting a common partition for the XDG user directories. It would work for a few days until an update somewhere evicted the other distros from the Grub menu.
OTOH, I got really good chrooting…
As already indicated (above) using Grub to boot Grub in a multi-boot scenario has the potential for all kinds of annoyance.
Instead, try using rEFInd as your initial boot manager, to effectively chainload the Windows bootloader, any Grub instances present (Manjaro, and whatever other Linux you have in the mix).
