In need for direction

Hello
I migrated to Manjaro Gnome from Windows 11.
I have no prior experience in Linux and I do not know how to code.

Can someone please lead me into the first steps I should learn about -taking in consideration the fact I know nothing about writing code-?

I’m interested in somewhat of a roadmap from learning the ABCs, how to do basic stuff, into using the terminal and packaging apps.
example: Today I needed to install Zoom for a meeting at work, I did it following the steps from an article but I had no idea what I was doing and what the commands were for.
