Quick question, if I choose to ignore updates of a specific package in pamac. Does it mean I won’t receive any update from this package or I just skip the update only this time?
If you choose to ignore updates for a given package, then this package will not be updated anymore for as long as it’s on the ignore list.
That said however, it is strongly advised to not ignore any package updates, because doing so will ultimately lead to a broken system.

Since Manjaro is a rolling release, it’s not advised to do so, really.
You could, but sooner or later you are going to run into broken dependencies.
