If I terminate one or more session with the command:
loginctl terminate-session [ID]
and then reboot the system,
Will the system:
- completely returns to its previous state or not?
- rebuild my sessions again or not?

It depends how you set up your session:
- Go to System Settings
- Type
sess - Click Desktop Session
- Verify your settings.
