Kvantum Themes Does Not Apply Blur or Transparency On Intel Integrated GPU [Optimus Manager]

Kvantum themes does not work properly with intel graphics drivers. But they work as expected with nvidia drivers. I am using optimus manager and optimus manager qt. When I select integrated graphics, the blur and transparency of windows does not apply. Selecting hybrid does the same. If only nvidia is selected, the themes apply correctly. Without optimus manager, the themes also does not apply. I have tried many themes. They all act like I described. I hope I was able to clarify my problem. What can I do to solve this problem?

File a bug with the maintainer of said themes.
