Get our latest daily developer images now from Github: Plasma, Gnome, XFCE. However they still ship with linux59. Else check for 21.0-pre ISOs which have linux510 on them.

The website https://manjaro.org/ is still linking to OSDN. Will this change in future?

No, final ISOs will be at OSDN as usual. We just added few more options to get more current ISOs as we change our way on how we create ISOs in general thru CI.
