The short answer is yes.
However, there are many other considerations.
I created a guide for multibooting Linux and Windows.
Much of the information you will find in that guide will no doubt be useful when you’re ready to begin. Remember to disconnect the Manjaro SSD before installing Windows to the new SSD, to make sure Windows doesn’t create an $ESP on the wrong disk.
